What a great apartment! After walking through a beautiful courtyard we were greeted with a comfortable, up-to-date space with all the necessary amenities included for our convenience plus some extras such as a washer/dryer. We felt right at home immediately. The fold out sofa was very comfortable for sleeping and the hot water heater was more than adequate for our hot water needs. Delwin and Justin couldn't have been more friendly. They were on-call to assist us and made sure we were properly settled in and were able to navigate the exciting neighborhood.

The apartment's location on Rue Vielle de Temple was truly great. Countless restaurants, clothing boutiques and sights were right outside our door. We were happy staying in the immediate area much of our stay, walking through the streets and discovering all that the neighborhood has to offer. Our week at the apartment was perfect and we wouldn't have wanted it any other way.

"Its a very nice studio! Comfortable, clean, well equiped and in a great neighborhood. The apartment is very well kept, gets plenty of sunlight and walking distance from all conveniences as well as cafes and boutiques. Unlike many apartments, this one had a washer/dryer which was a lot of help. There was wireless connection as well as free phone calls to Europe and North America land lines (to call a European cell phone there is a charge).

Delwin and Justin (the landlords) are wonderful, always available to help with a problem. If you are planning to come to Paris, I would certainly recommend this place instead of a hotel."

"This cosy apartment felt roomy with the tasteful decor. It has an un-cluttered feeling with just the right pieces of furniture and colors. We found it very usable in its compactness with all the amenities one needs. Very handy to have a washer and dryer, shower and separate WC besides all the kitchen appliances--it was amazing to us that the oven and microwave where together as were the washer and dryer--quite European.

The peacefulness is refreshing and the apartment was a sanctuary after walking to the nearby historical buildings and art galleries and shops.

"I was lucky enough to spend a month in this beautiful studio apartment. The location was perfect. The apartment was right in the middle of Le Marais and the streets directly surrounding the apartment were always alive with Parisian spirit. A supermarket across the road, several charming cafes, some fun bars and metro stations extremely accessible, there wasn't anything more I could have asked for!

The apartment was extremely quiet at night ensuring much needed rests at the end of a busy day and was equipped with everything I needed. I knew that if I ran into any problems that Justin or Delwin were a phone call away however that phone call was never necessary. I had a wonderful month in this apartment. It was a great place to stay while I was in Paris."

"After the stresses of international travel, my immediate reaction upon entering the studio for the first time was one of comfort, security, and relaxation. Having recuperated from my trip, I noticed that the studio was truly a mélange of the old and new. The exterior of a building constructed in the 1700’s merged seamlessly with the studio’s clean and sophisticated décor.

The perfect balance of the old and new extended to the studio’s amenities from its antique table and chairs to the highest level of technological conveniences. Its unbeatable location encouraged me to experience Paris, its environs, and beyond simply by walking and/or by relying on easily accessible public transit. The studio radiated such a unique ambience that made it very difficult for me to leave after a month’s stay.
