Monthly Rates
1550€/month (November to March)
1650€/month (April to October)
One-year lease available at 1350€/month (includes phone, internet, tv, and all utilities except excess electricity). Please ask for details.
Reservation Deposit
A reservation deposit equal to 50% of the total cost of the entire rental period is due within 7 days of confirmation of your reservation and is non-refundable. This sum will be applied to the total rental cost on the day of your arrival.
Damage Deposit
In addition to your remaining balance (50% of entire rental cost), a damage deposit equal to one half month's rent will be due upon arrival. This deposit, less any damage, extraordinary cleaning or excess electrical or phone charges will be refunded approximately one month (and in most cases much sooner) after your departure.
Payment Types
We accept wire transfers and cash in Euros. Credit card payments can also be arranged (with an additional charge for US dollar transactions). Other options may be possible. Please ask.
Cancellation Policy
The reservation deposit is non-refundable. However, if cancellations are requested in advance and replacement rentors can be found, we will refund the amount equal to the time the apartment is rented. We will make every attempt to rent the apartment to other rentors in order to offer you a refund. Once your stay has begun, no refund will be possible.
Insurance
French law is very specific in terms of what an owner's home insurance policy can and cannot cover. Accidental damages to the apartment or building or any damage or theft of your items will only be covered by insurance in your name. To protect yourself, we recommend taking out rentor's insurance in France (costs about 10€-30€ per month depending on coverage).
Pets/Smoking
This is a non-smoking, pet-free rental.
